The main responsibilities of the **Inventory Controller** are maintaining accuracy of inventory, both physically in the warehouse and within the ERP system. The Inventory Controller will work closely with the Purchasing and Scheduling team to identify inaccuracies; and research root causes of errors to build confidence in the accuracy of the data within our ERP system.

**Essential Job Duties**:

- Perform daily cycle counts of inventory and resolve any errors.
- Manages all incoming & outgoing stock such as receipts and dispatches.
- Records all transactions & movements in document and database record form.
- Keeps & verifies daily stock levels.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement counter measures for prevention.
- Communicate with department heads effectively on inventory issues and resolutions and hold them accountable for resolving bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Create and update SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation where necessary to ensure procedures are being followed.
- Communicate and manage Bill of Material component revision changes between Engineering, Purchasing, and Production runners.
- Identify inefficiencies in the receiving and inventory management processes to improve daily operations.
- Generating reports from ERP, Excel spreadsheets, and Tableau as required
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of Inventory Experience
- Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, or related field required.
- Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast -paced work environment.
- Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds or more, if needed.
- Extremely detailed with a high focus on accuracy of tracking inventory and data entry
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required.
- ERP knowledge required; NetSuite is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
