- Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and communicate them clearly to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules to meet production targets.
- Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment and schedule regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
- Monitor production output to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare and submit reports on production performance and progress to management.
- Identify inefficiencies in production processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Train new employees on the safe use of machinery and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Office for record-keeping and reporting.
- Experience with ERP/MRP Systems
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to effectively manage production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and employee management.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving production targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address operational challenges as they arise.
- High School Diploma required; a degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field will be advantageous.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
