**Summary of Job Description**: The Operations Department (O.D.) and its staff play a pivotal role in the institution’s general operations and business. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in planning and overseeing the daily business operations, including scheduling, directing, organizing, and quality control. Your primary objective will be to ensure the productivity and quality of service STC Inc. provides to clients are of the utmost importance, making a significant impact on the mental health of our community.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Assist with the Department's tasks to ensure productivity and quality of services.

2. Assist with the Department’s tasks to ensure proper personnel are assigned daily.

3. Organize and update filing and documentation related to the Operations Dept.

4. Safely keep invoices, receipts, and all financial-related documents.

6. Ensure all office and facility equipment is functioning correctly.

7. Schedule and coordinate Vendors with the approval of the management

8. Perform an inventory of supplies and equipment regularly and submit requests for orders.

9. Ordering and purchasing supplies with the approval of the management

10. The maintenance and repairs of facilities are done correctly.

11. Under the direction of the OM, client and business-related transportation are run efficiently.

12. Respond to IT, Financial, and Personnel requests regarding the operations function.

13. Provide services to staff as an IT help desk. (Training will be provided)

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the therapeutic industry
- Must have completed AA degrees or two years of college credit.
- Prefer two years of experience providing services to the MH and/or SUD population.
- Motivated to work with low-income and marginalized community members.
- Engaged and service-oriented professional who can collaborate individually.
- TB test certification & COVID-19 vaccine record required.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of treatment modalities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Monday - Saturday

**Compensation**: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (competency-based)
