Valuations Coordinator

The Valuations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of valuation orders (both appraisal and non-appraisal orders), to ensure client SLAs, guidelines, and company objectives are met. They will perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and all state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates. Responsibilities: Maintain and manage the Company’s pipeline of valuation orders. Order appraisals, BPOs, or AVMs as necessary. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of orders. Upload completed products to the appropriate client platform. Communicate updates on order status to the client. Create and deliver client-level reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Strong valuation skills. Prior experience with Real Estate Servicing (short sales/REOs). Minimum 2 years of Real Estate industry experience. Basic knowledge of Real Estate methods, standards and terminology. Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills, and the ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience. Attention to detail.
