**Role Description**:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining Associate and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Handles queries from the public and customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings
- Assists with basic admin tasks as assigned
- Assist with event questions
- Post on social media for upcoming events
- Knowledge of Microsoft products to include Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to note take during meetings and transcribe information accurately
- Scanning when assigned
- Responsible for distributing paychecks bi-weekly
- Check Outfitting vehicles in/out
