You will report to Manager Commercial Rebates.

**How you will contribute**:

- Perform calculations and generate payments in compliance with executed reimbursement agreements.
- Understand contracting strategies and maintain current knowledge supporting data structures, business processes, and documentation for assigned accounts; assist with any decisions and changes required to adapt to business needs.
- Provide financial/business analytical support by identifying anomalies and trends to ensure contract compliance and rebate payment accuracy to the Planning & Analysis, Government, Finance, Contracts and Pricing and Managed Markets teams.
- Investigate and propose solutions for contract set-up for individualized complicated contract language, which may differ from usual methodology.
- Ensure that all variances or data integrity issues are documented, analyzed for impact, and communicated to Contract and Pricing Management.
- Ensure that all contract terms and amendments are accurately reflected in Flex for compliant rebate adjudication.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree and 2 years business experience, or 3 years business
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities to maximize results. Pays close attention to project deadlines and schedules.
- Proficient in excel (can perform complex functions).

- ** U.S. Base Salary Range**:
$56,000.00 - $88,000.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
