The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Rebate Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Exton, PA.Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • $50.00 - $57.00 HR based on experience
  • 6-month contract (Potential to extend/convert based on performance/budget). (Hybrid schedule)
  • Provide accurate processing of commercial rebates in the Flex RM system.
  • Responsible for:
    • Perform calculations and generate timely payments of Commercial Rebates in compliance with executed reimbursement Agreements.
    • Verification of contract compliance, master data and contract maintenance, and rebate processing.
    • Perform all data and process controls. Exercise good judgement within generally defined practices and procedures, present issues and discuss solutions in a group setting, facilitate process improvements and initiatives, maintain associated documentation.
    • Analyze invoice and payment data to itemize and explain payment differences, and to facilitate compliance and contract performance reviews.
    • Provide performance reports to account management teams and communicate any items of concern, such as unexplained variances or possible disputes over contract language or discount calculations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience required - rebates, commercial rebates, chargebacks.
