Accounts Payable Specialist

Revology Cars is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at our central Florida facility, where we build new Ford-licensed reproduction 1965-68 Mustang and Shelby GT automobiles.
ABOUT THE JOB
- As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Revology Cars, your main duties will include reviewing invoices prior to payment, reconciling bank accounts and purchase orders, and entering data into the accounting system.
- You will work closely with the finance team to streamline AP processes and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
ABOUT REVOLOGY CARS
- Revology Cars is the first company licensed by Ford Motor Company to build new reproduction Ford automobiles and currently the only company globally licensed by Ford to build new reproduction 1960s Mustangs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
- Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
- Reconcile to purchase orders and investigate issues with purchasing.
- Online banking and ACH payments.
- Assist with Month end close.
- 1099 - W9 updates and 1099 distribution.
- Assist senior accountant as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Sharepoint and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
PAY AND BENEFITS
- Pay Scale: $59,850 to 66,025, depending on experience.
