**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

- Prepare regular reports on production metrics and operational performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in metalworking.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite).
