**Job Summary**:
The Visual & Digital Media Art Director is a critical role, responsible for executing the development of the Evolus vision and brand expression globally, through content creation. This role focuses on supporting the strategy & execution of our creative expression across Evolus, Jeuveau®, Evolux, co-branding, go-to-market campaigns (across all touchpoints), and other marketing initiatives. This person will be an integral player, working with flexibility within our constraints and leading by example to elevate the overall brand experience and will provide a high sense of confidence and affinity with our current and potential customers & consumers. She/He/They will be responsible for managing the visual and digital media, providing consistency across all communication, as well as being a partner that helps improve foundational and scalable processes. You have demonstrated excellence and success through your creativity, process, and ability to lead projects.

Situated with the Marketing team, we move quickly but also have enough time and space to create broad, innovative ideas.

**What you’ll accomplish**:

- Work with Creative Director to evolve Evolus’ graphic and visual language, to create a lifestyle that reflects our brand purpose and personality.
- Manage and develop creative content across all Evolus digital and visual media initiatives, including but not limited to web, mobile, digital ads, social & digital campaigns, digital collateral materials.
- Unify the Evolus brand expression with consistency across all customer & consumer touchpoints, presenting us an approachable and top-tier brand.
- Help drive the concept and creation of Evolus messaging across our B2B and DTC marketing, and internal & external communications.
- Collaborate closely with our internal partners (Marketing, PR, Professional, Innovation, Legal, HR, Operations, etc).
- Live and breathe our cross-functional partners’ objectives while maintaining seamless communication, and effectively translating creative strategy into action.
- Assess customer/consumer feedback and insights by using Evolus’ performance metrics, data and learnings to guide smarter creative decisions.
- Do all of the above in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are daily, and the volume of work is high. Pace should thrill you, not derail you.

**What we’re looking for**:

- 5+ years of agency and/or in-house experience, leading digital and media creative content across brands and channels.
- Experience in branding, omni-channel campaigns, and digital and social marketing
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand expression and storytelling across B2B and/or B2C consumer campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Understanding of performance metrics.
- Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and orientations.
- Preferred experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Figma, Microsoft programs.
- Beauty and pharma experience a plus.
