Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Digital Marketing & Media Services to lead our digital transformation and elevate our digital marketing efforts to new heights. The position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive growth, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategic roadmap, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing channels to generate leads, increase engagement, and ultimately convert prospects into loyal members. This role requires a blend of experience leading strategic media buys, hands-on execution, a successful history leading digital transformations across a multi-million dollar sales-driven organization, and leadership skills to lead our in-house digital marketing team and agency partners. This in an on-site position based at the Retro Fitness Support Center in West Palm Beach, FL

Key Responsibilities:

1 Strategic Planning & Media Buying:
  • Direct in-house media agency to in development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion optimization for Retro Fitness' franchisees.
  • Direct in-house digital marketing team and external partners to effectively execute digital campaigns that drive franchise satisfaction and engagement, while driving revenue and profitability to create value for stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for media buying across various digital channels, ensuring optimal ROI and cost-effectiveness.
2 Digital Channel Management:
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to direction of website development/management, organic social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, reputation management, email marketing blasts, and automated drip campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to enhance user experience across digital platforms, driving higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • Drive targeted traffic to our digital properties, optimize conversion funnels, and implement strategies to convert leads into sales/joins.
  • Direct compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, implementing content calendar and publishing schedule to maintain a consistent flow of engaging content and ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all digital channels.
3 CRM Strategy & Platform Management:
  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy to effectively manage customer relationships and drive retention and loyalty.
  • Leverage CRM platforms to develop optimum cadence between email, text and call center engagement, segment audiences, personalize communications, and automate marketing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4 Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and optimization of digital campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
5 Budget Management:
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and optimizing spend to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to successfully plan, direct, and execute multi-million dollar media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing in a retail corporation or digital marketing agency. Franchise experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment and leading digital transformation for a multi-million dollar sales-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including website management, social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing attribution and sales analytics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Learner mindset to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our digital presence.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partner.
