**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing and overseeing the creative vision for all marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints (digital, print, social media, advertising).
- Leading brainstorming sessions and generating creative concepts that resonate with our target audience.
- Providing art direction and editorial oversight for all creative materials, maintaining the highest standards for design and execution.
- Manage the creative team, assign projects, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional development.
- Staying abreast of industry trends in marketing and design, and implementing innovative strategies to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure creative alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Developing and managing the creative budget for marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.

- Manage, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging the team to push creative boundaries.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- ** Brand Management**:

- Maintain and evolve the Go Rentals brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to integrate creative strategies into overall business plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
- ** Project Management**:

- Oversee the production process for all creative projects, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute creative initiatives.
- Develop and manage creative project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing materials.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into creative strategies.
- Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
