**Job Summary**:
offbrand games is a new division of offbrand that strives to forge exceptional relationships with amazing game developers creating the next generation of indie games. Developers are creators too, we put them first, and we are looking for people who can excel in a creative and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Help develop strategic marketing plans for each offbrand games title.
- Strategize, potentially script, and distribute social media and video content, with a special emphasis on short-form video.
- Collaborate with game developers to craft messaging true to their spirit and their game’s essence.
- Drive growth of both offbrand games and game developer accounts
- Gauge community sentiment, analyze data, and provide insights to game developers to help refine and inform their decision-making and strategy. Keep abreast of marketing trends and use them to help guide our marketing strategy.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Occasionally work nights & weekends as needed.
- Be a dope, chill, and swag human.

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies with 2 years of experience strongly preferred
- Keen mind for data analytics and experience interpreting data and using it to inform marketing strategy
- Driven self-starter with bias towards action
- Excellent organization and communication skills

**Bonus Points**
- Direct experience working with and/or promoting indie video games
- Experience with game storefronts, such as Steam, Epic Game Store, or Nintendo eShop
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Steamworks, etc)
- Experience marketing your own brand or content
- Experience running successful social media or short-form video accounts
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
