**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Supervise/train/oversee all teams
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge of DEEP or MOVE/OUT cleanings

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in residential housecleaning and commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to train new employees
- Experience with providing estimates

Join our team and enjoy the opportunity to showcase your cleaning skills in a dynamic environment. We will provide company vehicle so you must have CA drivers license and good driving record. We work Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm. You must speak SPANISH and English. You will be asked to supervise, train and oversee our 13 teams. Perform DEEP and MOVE/OUT cleanings, window cleanings, estimates and write notes into iPad. Take videos and pictures of client's homes and build their notes. Cover employees that call in sick last minute. Pay starts at $140/day but will increase based on your abilities.
