As a member of our team, you will be responsible for answering the phone for our Camp Baker location as well as some light clerical duties. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Answers all incoming telephone calls in a professional, timely manner.
- Screens incoming calls when requested to do so.
- Transfers calls in a timely and accurate manner.
- Transfers messages from general voice mail box to individual staff voice mail as appropriate.
- Greets all visitors to the facility in a warm, friendly, professional manner and assists them in reaching their destination.
- Ensures all visitors sign-in and out.
- Assists staff with projects and occasional support as the need arises, including
- making outbound calls
- arranging for courier services
- assisting with mailings
- preparing materials for meetings
- collating documents
- typing memorandums or letters
- faxing documents

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- Ability to handle all functions of the Agency's telecommunication equipment.
- Ability to provide typed messages to staff via electronic mail or computer print-out.
- Computer literate with ability to learn new skills related to current technology.
- Knowledge of Agency operations which enables individual to communicate on the telephone and in person with all parties regarding the facility and its general day-to-day functions.
