**Qualifications**
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to Tyler, TX daily.
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Retail experience preferred but not required.
- Professional attire required.
Job Duties:
A desire and willingness to obtain and maintain product knowledge and to use the tools provided by Dillard's to grow and foster relationships with your client base..
- Greet customers as they enter the store and ask questions about products as needed.
- Take payments from customers using a cash register system.
- Sort payments correctly in order to ensure that they are correct for the sale at the time of sale.
- Process returns accurately by reviewing product information, inspecting packaging, and restring merchandise if necessary.
- Recovery of assigned work area.
- Communicate clearly with management about any issues or problems that may arise within the store or within your teammates’ work environment.
Compensation:
Starting wage $17-$18 depending on workstation and experience, with potential for increase at three month review.
