About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at PPG - USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering solutions to their paint-related needs.
  • Mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests, ensuring accurate and high-quality results.
  • Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and order processing.
  • Ensure the store is always clean and stocked with paint and other store products.
  • Process orders and payments received in-person, by phone, or online.
  • Use POS system to receive payments and cash out customers.
  • May be trained to make local deliveries using company vehicles.
  • Report to the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license in the state of current residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.
  • Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history.
  • Available to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
