**What you will Do**:

- Schedule appointments and coordinate installation services with customers and technicians
- Manage paperwork and documentation related to new installations, including permits and warranties
- Order and track supplies and equipment needed for installations
- Provide administrative support to the installation team, such as creating work orders, schedules, and invoices
- Answer phone calls and responding to customer inquiries about installation services
- Ensure that installations are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient completion of installation projects

**What you Need**:

- 3 years of administrative experience
- At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services is a plus
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
- Sales and Customer Service Experience required
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
