Account Executive, Print- Inside Sales

What you’ll be doing:

- Attain Sales Quota & KPIs (Customer Engagement Metrics, New Opportunities Created, and New Wins)
- Retain & grow existing programs and accounts
- Acquire new Print sales within an existing book of business
- Use Professional Selling Skills to navigate through the Selling Process - identify customer needs through discovery
- Make a high volume of proactive outbound calls and execute retention and growth activities
- Train and educate customers on digital print offerings - perform site demonstrations
- Effectively manage a funnel of opportunities - maintain detailed opportunity notes and tasks
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive growth and Deliver for Customers

**Qualifications**:

- Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED
- 1+ year of successful sales, customer service, or sales support experience

- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Printing Industry
- Previous experience in virtual selling
- Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
