- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Customer Service**:

- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Stay updated on Kpop trends, artists, and merchandise to assist customers effectively.

**Visual Merchandising**:

- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and immersive shopping environment.

**Inventory Management**:

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing inventory levels and stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Assist in conducting regular stock assessments and participate in inventory control procedures.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that store policies and procedures are followed consistently.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational improvements to enhance efficiency.

**Sales and Targets**:

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to address any deviations.

**Cash Handling and Reporting**:

- Assist in managing cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, and reconciling daily sales.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of Kpop and Kculture is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required

**Pay**: $22 - $25

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
