**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**THE ROLE**

The primary objectives of the role are listed below:

- Reporting directly to the VP of Billing, provides strong capabilities to collaborate, coordinate, and execute various initiatives. Demonstrate proficiency in working with financial, administrative, and other executive-level professionals.
- Support the VP of Billing with investor communications, calendar management, and daily administrative and personal tasks.
- Demonstrate a firm commitment to upholding policies and procedures.
- Deliver clear and cohesive public presentations, excel under time constraints, and offer valuable insights based on previous experience as an Executive Business Administrator (EBA) or Executive Assistant to a senior executive.
- Manage workflow effectively, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and communicate efficiently.
- Oversee all logístical aspects related to the VP of Billing, engage with leadership both internally and externally.
- Address personal matters such as scheduling, transportation, family obligations, and ensure the smooth operation of the billing department.
- Perform any other assigned duties as required.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year experience in Executive Business Administrator (EBA) functions
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Higher Education Degree Required (Bachelor’s or Master's Degree)
- Assertive written/verbal communication skills
- Strong command of the English Language
- Access to own vehicle and ability to commute at times

**Salary/Wage**:
$20-$23/hr

**Position Type / Schedule**:
Full-Time

Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM EST

100% in office at Headquarters (West Hempstead, NY)

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
