You will pair with a General Manager to achieve the following responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operational performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Assistant Manager or leadership/supervisor role
- Experience in planning and forecasting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proven sales experience

After several months of partnering with the Area Manager you will be given full control to run the Massage Envy location

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
