- Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems.
- **Clerical Duties**:

- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry and copying.
- **Calendar Management**:

- Maintain and update office calendars.
- **QuickBooks Proficiency (Nice-to-Have)**:

- Ability to work with financial data using QuickBooks software.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
