- Meeting with Respawn Operations (Henry Lee) to align on headcount and ensure alignment on hardware expectations.

- Meet on a regular basis to ensure alignment of Respawn needs.

- Budget Modernization
- Work closely with FP&A to create processes and workflows ensuring alignment between our departments throughout the fiscal year.
- Update and simplify our budget tracker to better meet data needs.
- Collaborate with finance to pull data from iProc and create a template to organize data, aiming to replace the manual budget tracker. This will reduce the risk of error and ensure a more complete data set for reference.
- Generate a modernized model for creating the IT budget that aligns with Finance, reduces redundant meetings, and ensures all relevant data is accurate and available in advance.
- Track our spending in more detail to ensure appropriate expenditure throughout the year, with the goal of being within 5% of total budget allocation.

- Ensure zero downtime for the business due to software lapses.
- Develop a process for removing software licenses.
- Continue working through the legal workflow to better align with policies and establish proper expectations.
- Hardware
- Continue developing hardware policies and workflows.
- Optimize our equipment return process.
- Optimize our use of repurposed equipment.
- Continue developing our inventory and audit process to ensure complete and accurate data within Asset Panda.
- Organize and secure IT equipment in Osborne and all locations.
- Asset Specialist Role
- Develop the Asset Specialist role to meet Respawn's equipment needs.
- Automation
- Focus on identifying areas where automation can play a part in achieving all goals and day-to-day tasks.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.-
BASE SALARY RANGES- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $103,200 - $145,600 USD Annually
- Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
