FIGS is looking for an 100% awesome, capable, experienced Community Hubs Operations Specialist at our Rittenhouse Community Hub in Philadelphia. This role is responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for customers by ensuring seamless try-ons and maintaining accurate inventory levels to efficiently support sales operations.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist with all aspects of the Community Hub set up
- Ensure the FIGS brand and mission are represented in all aspects of store sales and operations
- Oversee all aspects of Community Hub inventory management
- Partner closely with FIGS’ Inventory Planning and Fulfillment teams to plan and execute inventory receipts and returns to vendors (RTVs). Communicate inventory and product performance as well as replenishment needs
- Lead stock associates and oversee their daily activities. Coach and develop the team on operational excellence
- Maintain and manage processes that support accurate inventory levels for the store
- Recognize and communicate any variances in inventory levels
- Oversee the process for all returns and damaged or shopworn goods
- Oversee the process for cycle counts and inventory adjustments
- Partner with management, inventory planning, and merchandising
- Assist with all systems related to inventory
- Support sales as a leader during high traffic and peak periods
- Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed and communicate potential issues
- Ensure all policies and procedures are enforced and met by the staff

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of retail and inventory experience
- Action-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to unpack boxes for inventory (boxes can weigh 5-30 lbs)
- Strong oral and written communication skills and proficiency with numbers
- Ability to read and analyze inventory reports
- All employees are expected to be available to work “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis
