CSS responsibilities include: warmly greeting each client who enters the front lobby, checking in and checking out lodging and daycare pups, handling all credit card and cash transactions, making and amending reservations, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and front desk area, handling customer issues and questions as they arise, and getting to know each customer and their pets, so that you can best anticipate their needs.

The Customer Service Specialist position offers competitive salaries commensurate with experience. After one year of employment, full-time CSS's are offered health insurance, paid vacation, a retirement savings plan, and discounted lodging and daycare services. Customer service experience is required, and we especially encourage those with hospitality industry experience to apply

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
