Ace Handyman Services is a national leader in the home improvement and home repair services industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Manager / Customer Service Representative to facilitate calls, educate customers on our services, and manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to job leads in a timely manner
  • Utilize Service Titan dispatching & schedule management software to coordinate craftsmen and projects
  • Return customer calls as needed and follow up with past customers
  • Perform paperwork and administrative duties
  • Assist in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of customer service and/or administrative assistant/scheduling experience - 2+ in the trades
  • 2+ years of recent Service Titan experience
  • Demonstrable 80+% Booking Rate
  • Comfortable with sales and pricing/estimating
  • Adaptive to technology
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great multitasking and prioritization skills
