Our Studio Operations team is seeking a Production Coordinator to support one of the internal game development teams. We are seeking someone who will embrace our culture and share their expertise. You will...
- Manage processes such as legal submissions, Open-source reviews and purchasing requests to increase efficiency on behalf of the development team.
- Manage promotional merchandise (swag)/gifts orders and deliveries to team members and partners
- Work with IT to manage hardware and software needs for the Studio/Team
- Provide company procedure information to team members regarding purchasing, expenditures, travel, use of facilities, and equipment use; Assist with travel expense reporting for team members
- Attend information & training sessions related to new studio processes
- Help organize meetings, conferences/summits, team building, catering and special events logistics, onsite & offsite.
- Help coordinate any onsite access requests from remote employees.
- Onboarding of new hires related to ensuring NUSUs (New User Setups) have been completed in advance; ensure all IT equipment, network access, and cube/office and equipment is set up and shipped before start date
- Send out New Hire swag
- Offboarding: collect all IT equipment provided to an employee while they were employed with the company
- Assist team members to submit or escalate Global Service Desk tickets
- Set up and manage contracts - Set up new vendors and contract information in the system, get approvals and signatures, process invoices
- Manage team distribution lists, team slack channels
- Assist with team calendar management and PTO tracking

You'll have...
- Put the needs of the development team first
- A successful track record in an administrative/coordinator support function.
- Advanced software skills in Google Suite.
- Experience working in an administrative assistant function for global teams
- Experience having organized team building or social events
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite
- Excellent note taking skills and assigning tasks
- Experience having worked with budgets
- Creativity in keeping the team engaged through social activities
- High level of autonomy
- Local to Los Angeles area

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the hourly pay range for your specific location.

HOURLY PAY RANGES
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $29 - $43 USD Hourly

The hourly rate is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work 40 hours a week.
