Photocentric Group are an award-winning manufacturer of photopolymers, stamps and 3D printers based in the UK and Phoenix, Arizona. We are the largest clear stamp manufacturer in America and have been distributing a rapidly growing, highly disruptive range of 3D printers and resins manufactured in our UK facility.

This is an amazing opportunity for a strategic Production/Operations Manager who has the drive, ambition and capabilities to lead our production team. We have unique patented technology and the successful implementation of the role will enable very rapid growth. You will be prepared and able to make immediate change in implementing procedures, SOPS and increase profitability. You are an outstanding leader with progressive experience of managing manufacturing operations in their growth phases and inspiring staff to perform at their highest levels.

**Responsibilities of our Production/Operations Manager include**:

- Managing the day to day running of the site production team delivering capacity to meet customer demand.
- Manage operations budget to ensure mínimal production cost and optimal product quality.
- Review production processes and procedures to ensure they operate at highest possible efficiency.
- Implement SOPs for all areas of the business and ensure they are adhered to and monitored on a regular basis.
- Carry out research to discover ways of improving on existing operational processes.
- Implement lean manufacturing processes to ensure product is received, manufactured, and shipped in the most efficient way.
- Implement a Quality culture - where colleagues are proud to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.
- Review working practices and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to benefit customers and employees.
- Communicate clearly, actively involving the workforce through regular reviews and development conversations.
- Work with health and safety manager to improve and implement safety policies for general plant operation.
- Oversee the hiring and training of production personnel to ensure a capable workforce, conduct employee performance appraisals alongside line supervisors in order to provide coaching and guidance.

**Experience and skills required for our Production/Operations Manager**:

- Experience of working in Manufacturing and Distribution in a similar capacity.
- Proven track record of success.
- Ability to implement structure, planning for and managing growth.
- Experience of writing and implemented KPI’s and SOPs with the ability to implement structure and planning to deal with rapid change and growth.
- Implement cost savings.
- Excellent and inspiring leader with outstanding communication skills
- Able to set objectives and motivate team to achieve results.
- Excellent IT and software skills, knowledge of ERP / Oracle an advantage.
- Educated to at least a bachelor degree.
