**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm, guiding them through their jewelry selection process.
- Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and promptly respond to web appointment requests to ensure seamless customer service.
- Process customer purchases and handle repair orders meticulously, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
- Engage in sales activities, actively promoting our products and services to contribute to business growth.
- Maintain a welcoming reception area, controlling access to ensure security while fostering a hospitable atmosphere.
- Keep customer files organized and assist in inventory management to ensure a well-supplied and efficient workspace.
- Ensure store cleanliness and attractive product displays, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge, empowering you to excel in both administrative and sales tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to the continual improvement and development of the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive sales.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Friendly, energetic demeanor with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Trustworthy and professional conduct at all times.

**Hours of Operation**:

- Open: Tuesday - Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM
- Closed: Sunday and Monday

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
