Help Desk Analyst Ii

Summary: Provides second-level technical support to customers. Resolves complex technical issues.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work with customers to gather information and identify the root cause of problems.
- Develop and implement solutions to technical problems.
- Train and mentor Tier I technicians.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies.
- Provide remote support via remote session to resolve Issues.
- All other duties as assigned.
- level research and resolution of issues.
- Participate in on call rotation for afterhours support.
- Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in computer science or a related field, preferred Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with a variety of hardware and software platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 Operating Systems
- Advanced Knowledge of PC Hardware Components and Peripherals
- Demonstrate ability to research, diagnose and resolve advanced PC / Software Issues.
- Ability to multi-Multitask.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
