Pool Technician

We are seeking outstanding individuals to work as pool cleaners in the Austin area.
We intend to be the best at what we do and are looking for people who can bring a passionate attention to detail to a job where others might not care. We care.
Pool cleaning is hard work, and the weather is tough. We understand this and believe in compensating at a much higher level than the norm.
We expect commitment and integrity at a higher level as well.
After interviewing, selected applicants will ride along cleaning pools for $20/hr.
We will determine how soon you are ready to go solo. It may be after one day or several weeks depending on ability. At that point we will negotiate pay. Average ability can expect $25 an hour. Greater speed and thoroughness can justify more.
A work truck is available. If you have your own truck you would like to use we will adjust pay to reflect that.
Drug and alcohol problems are a no-go.
Hardworking, intelligent, outside-the-box, and creative people are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
