**MUST be willing to work 11 AM - 7:30 PM M-F**

As an Appointment Setter/Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition process. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential customers over the phone to set appointments for in-home consultations. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your exceptional communication and persuasion skills will help them understand the benefits of choosing Statewide Windows & Doors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**: Contact potential customers provided through leads and databases to introduce them to our products and services.

**Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with interested homeowners.

**Customer Engagement**: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our windows and doors, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

**Data Entry**: Update and maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system.

**Goal-Driven**: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or call center environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
- Strong ability to engage and connect with potential customers over the phone.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
- **Must be willing to work 11 AM to 7 PM, M-F & Rotating Saturdays**

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
