**What You'll Do**:
As a Call Center Representative at AE Landscape Borders, you will play a vital role in assisting homeowners with their home improvement needs. Your responsibilities will include:
**Customer Assistance**: Answering incoming calls and providing homeowners with information on our services, products, and pricing.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Setting up appointments for homeowners to meet with our home improvement experts.

**Problem Solving**: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

**Product Knowledge**: Gaining a deep understanding of our home improvement offerings to effectively communicate their benefits.

**Data Entry**: Accurately documenting customer information and service requests in our system.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software are a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
