**Part-Time Administrative Assistant with Construction and AP/AR Experience**

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers the potential for growth and transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support in maintaining the smooth functioning of our business and assisting various departments. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Help prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining filing systems.
- Support the team in organizing and coordinating special projects and events.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and invoices.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including tidying common areas and replenishing supplies.
- Undertake other administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and support other team members with various administrative projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office administration, or a related field.
- Real Estate/construction experience is preferred.
- Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and using office equipment.
- Knowledge of AP/AR processes and QuickBooks is considered a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work part-time hours based on the needs of the office.
- Willingness and ability to travel for work-related purposes, including running errands, attending meetings, and assisting with off-site events.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
