**About Us**
We are hiring only in the following states : VA, MD, PA, DC.
**New Course Development Process**:
- Ensure new courses meet CCEI Instructional Design standards, including review of course content (e.g., course script, instructional plan, handouts, course aids, etc.) to ensure all elements are acceptable.
- Load new course content into the CCEI Course Editor and Articulate, and complete all steps included in the course publishing process.
- Manage the new course review process for both internal and external reviewers. Identify course reviewers, assign courses to reviewers, complete edits as required, and document reviewer hours and missed exam questions.
- Update all related documentation and relevant personnel.
**Custom Course Development Process**:
- Follow all course development steps (above) to produce custom course content by due dates determined by clients.
- Communicate professionally with client representatives to create and maintain accuracy of customized course content.
**Course Review Process**:
- Make all course revisions in the CCEI Course Editor and/or Articulate and follow all steps of the course publishing process.
- Ensure CCEI Instructional Design Standards are met.
- Conduct periodic reviews of course content.
- Update all related documentation and relevant personnel.
**Course Translation Process**:
- Load translated course content into the CCEI Course Editor and follow all steps of the course publishing process.
- Collaborate with translators on a regular basis to maintain the accuracy of translated course after course updates.
**Course Monitoring**:
- Monitor course survey comments from students. Correct course content where necessary, notify the Help Desk with student issues, escalate operational issues where necessary, and respond to students appropriately.
- Maintain all related documentation.
**Process Maintenance**:
- Monitor existing processes and workflow. Make recommendations of how processes could be modified to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Report system problems to appropriate personnel and make recommendations on improvements that could be made to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Periodically audit system reports and respond to findings appropriately.
- Keep all documentation up to date.
- Conduct additional reporting as defined by the Director of Early Childhood Operations.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in education is required, childhood education experience preferred
- A strong interest in working with and editing text documents.
- Working knowledge of Articulate required
- Proficient in using learning management systems, course creators
- Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
