**Responsibilities**:

- Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to project specifications
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of panels for maximum energy efficiency
- Connect panels to electrical systems, following NEC guidelines and local building codes
- Install fixtures, wiring, and electrical components as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks
- Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in solar panel installation or related field preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprint reading
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and wiring techniques
- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
