**Qualifications**
- Thorough understanding of landing page and user experience optimization for automated communication campaigns (required)
- Thoroughly skilled in creating complex campaign flows, smart lists, and custom tokens. (required)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. (required)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic programming concepts. (preferred)
- Thorough knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred)

**Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations**
