Executive Assistant to CEO

LendingUSA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the CEO in all aspects of the business. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support for various projects and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's calendars and schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications and requests
- Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Plan and coordinate events and meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and materials coordination
- Support the CEO with various projects and initiatives as needed
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with other members of the executive team and provide backup support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the financial tech industry is preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
