We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace and are seeking an Account Director to help support our diverse and exciting client roster.

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deeply understand our clients goals and the unique customer experience to ensure our client’s success
- Lead client calls and be a strategic vocal presence in representing Strand Marketing
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on digital media strategies and campaign performance
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed performance goals
- Collaborate with a variety of internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics, marketing, development etc.) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business development
- Develop comprehensive account strategies that align with client goals and company objectives
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, with the ability to translate large data sets into executive level storytelling for our clients
- Manage account budgets and financial forecasting
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and financial reporting
- Monitor and control account profitability, identifying areas for cost optimization

**Must Have Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- 5-7 years in a client-facing role
- You have a strong understanding of budget management, profitability, and forecasting
- You are extremely comfortable with data and a strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring precision in all aspects of data handling and reporting
- You have experience managing multiple projects and clients at once (you are a strong multi-tasker) with the the ability to manage the end to end process for clients all while providing white glove service to each client
- You have extensive experience retaining and growing revenue for your accounts
- You are well-versed in user experience and customer journey strategies
- You have experience with digital marketing, and a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (such as search, social, organic, affiliates, etc)
- You are skilled in leading the testing and optimization process, from strategy creation to execution, data analysis, and delivering insightful recommendations.
- You are proficient with Adobe Target and the Adobe Suite, and/or analytics and reporting SAAS tools
- You have the ability to take in large amounts of information and regurgitate that information into workflows, and user flows, which then lead to strategic recommendations on user experience, messaging, and functionality to our clients
- You have the ability to manage financial aspects for our clients, you understands costs and can work within pre set budgets - you provide clients with strategy that fits their budgets
- You have strong presentation skills with the ability to produce the right medium of work and modulate your style to meet clients needs (ie producing or presenting slides vs documents, etc)
- Your storytelling ability is top notch
- You have experience working with a myriad of people in various departments with the ability to “speak their language” (ie creative, strategy, analytics, marketing, development etc.)
- Experience working on the product side of the brand a PLUS
- Familiarity with web production a PLUS

**Hybrid**: This role is required to be in person at our beautiful, fully stocked Hermosa Beach location 3 days a week, Tues
