**EXAMPLES OF COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greet walk-in inquiries, visitors, answer phones and interface with the campus community in a professional manner, leaving a positive impression.
- Manage departmental equipment, supplies and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Maintain electronic student files and syllabi; manage printing and copying.
- Generate and process part-time and overload faculty contracts. Serve as interface for all part-time adjunct instructors.
- Serve as a liaison with other College departments/ programs in the assistance of or resolution of administrative/operational problems.
- Maintain and order all departmental and academic supplies.
- Submit and follow up on all departmental equipment maintenance / helpdesk / IT requests.
- Maintain a current contact list/directory for all full-time and part-time faculty.
- Assist the Chair/ Director with monitoring budgets within the department or College as needed.
- Assist the Chair/Director with updates to the Master Schedule.
- Assist the Chair/Director with communication to prospective and incoming students.
- Submit room reservations, work orders, and purchase orders as needed.
- Assist and submit all required forms to Fiscal in a timely manner.
- Document/Maintain/Distribute all department meeting minutes.
- Maintain/Distribute all department meeting agendas.
- Assist with honor society preparations as needed.
- Assist with Hooding & Honors and Commencement ceremonies as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School diploma required with Associates Degree or equivalent in business or related field preferred.
- Two years’ relevant
- Competence with technology resources is vital to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.

**Job Schedule**:
35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Monday through Friday

8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including 60-minute unpaid meal period.
