**Shop Coordinator**

This position is responsible for overseeing the repairs to Olsta tank trailers as they are being prepared for Lease customers, working with third party shops to complete those repairs.

**Duties to be performed**:

- Request estimates of Olsta tank trailers from assigned repairs shops
- Analyze repair estimates to determine customers responsibility
- Be on site of the assigned repair shops 2-3 times per week
- Complete inventory yard checks
- Photo/interchange trailers as necessary
- Confirm that appropriate progress and accuracy of the repairs is taking place
- Coordinate with tire installers and tank washes as necessary to complete trailer readiness
- Complete trailer repair data sheets as trailers return off rent

**Requirements for consideration**:

- College Degree preferred
- Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail
- Prioritization of multiple tasks & good time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal team and vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
