Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring services are delivered as agreed
- Oversee front desk activities such as greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling mail
- Coordinate and execute office events and meetings, including planning logistics and coordinating schedules
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Schedule meetings and appointments, maintain calendars, and assist with time management
- Supervise office staff, delegate tasks, and provide guidance on daily operations
- Other office duties as needed
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in schedule management and calendar organization
- Budgeting experience with the ability to manage expenses efficiently
- Team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
