**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products/services.
- Manage all aspects of social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing materials and communications.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Curate and host public events in-house, such as fundraisers, themed events, drag shows, and more.
- Be a trendsetter that keeps our brand current, consistent, fresh, and relevant.
- Have experiences in digital marketing, social media, and marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Yelp, Google, etc.
- Possess experience with Google Analytics & Google Ads.
- Have the knowledge to grow our following & engagements with a positive reputation.
- Be involved and stay up to date with restaurant activities.
- Assist in planning marketing and restaurant events to engage the community.
- Have a love of food & beverage & live music.

**Job duties include but are not limited to**:

- Weekly social media postings.
- Management of reviews.
- Promotional material creation.
- Event planning & organization.
- Attendance at public, private & marketing events.
- Maintain Eventbrite & ticket sales for events.
- Inventory and ordering of promotional materials, as well as distributing materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience 2 years in a marketing management role, with a strong emphasis on creative branding.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand storytelling.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
