Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to

executing various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee

relations, benefits administration, and compliance management. The Human Resource

Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring HR

policies and procedures are consistently applied, and supporting the organization's

overall success.

**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings,
- Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding

experience for new employees.

Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict

resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend

appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and legal

regulations.

Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance,

retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with open

enrollment processes.

HR Compliance:

- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and employment regulations to

ensure company compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and

procedures.

Performance Management:

- Support the performance appraisal process by guiding managers and

employees, and tracking performance reviews.

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Generate HR reports as needed for management and compliance

purposes.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training

programs.
- Facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and

competencies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with

discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Additional Requirements:

- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience in a non-profit environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
