A jewelry manufacturer specializing in price-point jewelry for mass market retailers has an excellent opportunity available in wholesale jewelry as a sales and merchandising assistant. Strong personal growth potential and an opportunity to gain valuable experience exists for this office job position.

We are a dynamic company and we expect all employees to be flexible team players who are willing to perform tasks outside their standard responsibilities. Additionally, you must be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to manage yourself, including managing competing deadlines for numerous, concurrent projects, and following up with customers and vendors on various projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious individual looking for a challenge and opportunity.

**The primary responsibilities of this position include**:

- Using Excel to enter product details including materials and labors in order to cost finished jewelry items
- Creating Product Proposals for customers to see our jewelry line
- Organizing and managing list of open projects and customer deliverables

**Required Employee Skills**
- MS Excel - Experience with VLOOKUP and bulk data management
- Familiarity with Cost Roll Ups (Product Costing)

**Desired Employee Characteristics**:

- Excel literacy - vlookups and data manipulation - REQUIRED
- Product Experience - mid level - understanding of bills of material and cost roll ups.

- Math Skills - basic understanding without the use of a calculator, ability to manage basic calculations while in conversation without aid.
