**Job Title**: Merchandise Allocator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Merchandise Allocation: Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and store-specific data to determine optimal merchandise allocations for each retail location. Ensure that inventory is distributed effectively to maximize sales opportunities and minimize stockouts.

2. Reporting Analysis: Generate and analyze various reports related to sales, inventory, and store performance. Utilize reporting tools and systems to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and make data-driven recommendations for merchandise allocation strategies.

3. Inventory Management: Work closely with the Inventory Planning team to ensure accurate and efficient allocation of merchandise. Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to optimize stock levels and turnover rates.

4. Store Communication: Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to gather feedback on merchandise performance and store-specific needs. Maintain open communication channels to address allocation issues and ensure alignment with store objectives.

5. Seasonal Planning: Assist in the development of seasonal merchandise plans and allocation strategies based on historical data, market trends, and business goals. Adjust allocations as necessary to support seasonal promotions and events.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Inventory Planning, Buying, and Store Operations, to ensure alignment of merchandise allocation strategies with overall business objectives. Share insights and collaborate on initiatives to drive sales and optimize inventory productivity.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred.

2. 2+ years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or retail analytics, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools. Experience with retail planning and allocation software is a plus.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
