We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen staff to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fried foods in a timely and efficient manner.
**Duties**:
- Operate deep fryers and other kitchen equipment to prepare fried foods
- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in meal preparation, particularly with frying foods
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

Yama seafood is a Japanese Sushi Market that specializes in Sushi, Sashimi, and Sake. We also will be having bento boxes and other food items like Chicken Katsu and our specialized line of Vegan Sushi.
