- Assisting with Kitchen Deliveries: Assist with kitchen deliveries, including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner, and modeling suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Compliance and Safety: Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment in accordance with WFM cleanliness and safety standards to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Opening, Mid, and Closing Duties: Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing, and reporting any safety hazards or violations.
- Effective Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for Cleanliness: Demonstrate a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to Follow Directions: Ability to follow directions and procedures, and demonstrate effective time management and organization skills.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday, and perform tasks that require bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
