**Responsibilities**
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) for Phoenix office
- Promote & integrate service products/teams for overall business promotions and developments.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans based on market status and trend to reach projected result and performance in Phoenix region
- Lead communications with overseas Dimerco offices/agents for mutual teamwork building, targeting key market goals, exchange of sales activities, and integrating service products for sales promotion
- Manage credit control and accounts payables and receivables reports, resolving discrepancies, and to ensure compliance with local laws.
- Develop sound & solid Human Resources - training and motivating the employee workforce
- Ensure staff fully utilize the ‘Dimerco Value Plus System’ for Operation efficiency
- Other assignments from management if needed

**Skills**
- Minimum 5 years in international logistics, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, operations leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge of Air / Ocean / freight / cargo industry and logistic procedures
- Proven experience for people management and leadership
- Knowledgeable about market trends, challenges, and competitors within freight forwarding industry
